Opening a Haunted House

Hello everybody,
I'm looking to open a new "affordable" haunted house attraction for my community. I have a couple questions and I would appreciate any feedback anybody can give me.
1. How did you fund yours? (Grants, sponsors, etc...)
2. How much square footage is needed?
3. What type of insurance do you carry?
4. How many people do you typically have in a night?
5. What days and hours are you open?
6. How many employees do you hire for a season?
I'm just beginning and I would like to have something opened for the 2023 season. I used to run a small haunted house in a school I worked at as an administrator. We did 800-1200 people in two nights in a small community. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process, and would like to repeat it in the new city I live in. However, I am no longer in public education, but still want to provide a fun attraction for families who can't afford $15-$35 per person.
Thanks for any advice!!
