LITTLE HALLOWEEN COUNT DOWN

Hi Folks:

It's been a while since I posted here, and I thought I would start out by reminding that Friday July 13th is our next "Little Halloween," and I am very much looking forward to it. I am tentatively planning a 'haunted road trip' for that day, but I also already decided what movies I am going to screen. I'm going to go with "Session 9" "The Hauntine" the original and "Race With the Devil." I may also add on the Dan Curtis rendition of "Dracula."

I haven't really done the "little Halloween" but I think I might try it this time around. Sound fun. Thanks for bringing it up. Maybe I'll watch some cool Halloween videos.

That sounds like fun. I am definately going to observe, and that's this comming Friday, too. I plan to watch at least 2 horror movies at home, and if there's a good horror movie at the theatre, I am going to go see it.

I am going to watch Hocus Pocus and eat Halloween looking candy!!! I may even get out a small pumpkin and decorate it!! :wink:

Hopefully I'll be being chased by zombies on Friday down at Petco Park. Might wait till Saturday to do the zombie run since I really don't want to push my luck on the 13th.

I was originaly planning on a short "haunted road trip," and I may still do that, but horror movies are for sure. Additionaly, I thought a screening of "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" is also in order since it is "Little Halloween." The ' haunted roat trip ' however is going to depend on the weather. If it's storming or over 100 like it was last Saturday, I will probably take the car or forgo it alltogether as I would much do a 'haunted road trip' on my motorcycle.

Speaking of "haunted road trips," I am tentatively planning on journeying to the Mayfield Sanatorium in Louisville Kentucky for my vacation this Summer. Weather and money are the main considerations, but if I end up going, I'll post here to Halloween.com in the "Haunted Places" message board the night before I leave.

I saw "Slither" a while back on SyFy. It's a pretty scary movie.

I am going to do a little 'Haunted road trip" tomorrow to a forrest preserve that's supposed to be possessed of an evil spirit. I dont know if it will be worh taking photos, though. I do plan to take in some horror movies at home and maybe at the theatre if there's something good playing.

I definately going to screen "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" in honor of "Little Halloween." I even have some bite sized Butterfinger bars for a snack.
