probably custom contact lenses, do a google search for Halloween contact lenses

Ah, yea, you're right... hmm... some of them don't have any prescription.... and they're expensive for both lenses.... Well, I guess that's the price I have to pay. I don't want to chance getting cheap ones and hurting my eyes.

You have to get a prescription for the contacts even if you don't need corrective lenses. I used to have an awesome collection of Wild Eyes and other contacts but then I got lasik. Had to start all over. Got two pairs now, the Wildfire and the Red Hot.

Yea.. I actually have bad eyes and wear prescription contacts so I have no problem getting ones with strength. In fact, it's preferred. Though what I'm really curious about is how the full eye contacts fit on the eye. Is it hard to wear? Does it feel uncomfortable?

those eyes are CRAZY cool!! i can't stand for things to touch my eyes so thank god i dont' need contacts lol

I would carp my pants if I saw that in real life! There was a guy that worked with my husband and he wore some white ones one day and I kinda freaked out because I wasn't expecting him to look like that when he turned around. *shart*

I think it would be funny as hell to wear some and just go around town like normal and see peoples reactions..........any time of the year

I've done that! One year I put on my vamp face and had to stop at the local 7/11 on the way to the party. People actually walked into the store and turned right around and walked back out when they saw me. Here's the picture of my vamp face but it is only with the base makeup on, didn't have the fangs or my hair slicked back yet or anything. If you look real close you can see the Wild Fire contact lenses.

I mean like walk into Walmart in march with just the contacts and watch people look at you, also a funny thing to do would be shave off your eyebrows and see how people look at you.....more extreme tho of course

Actually, we got a lot of Goth clubs around here so you do see that quite often.

And don't shave your eyebrows! You ever hear the story about how Christian Slater got his unusual eyebrows? Being a huge Star Trek fan, one year he decided to go Trick-or-Treating as Mr Spock. Even shaved his eyebrows to match. They never quite grew back.

When I lived in Brooklyn, I was tempted to get a pair of crazy contacts, to wear on the subway late at night, just to keep people away from me... only I can't put stuff in my eyes.

My fangs are awesome, though. They're custom made and I can talk with them in, so they're not immediately noticed. I wore them to COURT once, just to mess with an adversary I hated. I scared the hell out of him; it was awesome.

Love the forehead prosthetic for the vamp face, by the way. Very nice job.

I've gone around with my face painted, totally forgetting that I was in makeup. I've had people point to me from other cars when I was driving in clown, and I've gone around with a butterfly face, tiger face, skull face, whatever. I get a lot of double-takes.

Oh, and he's right, don't shave your eyebrows! I was in a show that was set in the early '30s, so I had to have those pencil-thin high eyebrows of the era. I got Mehron wax (this stuff - the clear one on the left - http://www.mehron.com/PhotoGallery.asp?ProductCode=139), covered my eyebrows with that to mash them down, then put a ton of cream and powder makeup over it, and re-drew my eyebrows on thin & high with a brown eyeliner. It works really well, and comes off with soap & water.

I had to do it every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 4 weeks, and my eyebrows are still intact.

my dad.......I crack up thinking about this......was on the roof trying to get the furnace to light, the furnace lit and blew flame and singed his eyebrows mostly off.....fortunately thats all that happened, he wasnt hurt at all, he didnt even realize they were mostly gone (that what makes it funny). He got some funny looks when people saw him with his stubble eyebrows......

Ouch, he's so lucky it was just his eyebrows! Did they grow back ok?
