Pictures in my profile

Hey everyone. I have been on this forum for about a month. I have seen people on here that have these neat pictures in there profile and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how I can put one onto mine. If anyone can help me with this please do so. Thanks.

Hey, I'm the only one who can help you out! Please send your pic image along with your own photo url link directly to my own PM box, you know? :D
