It's August!

This is the month the Halloween starts to appear in stores and the Halloween Express tent goes up in town. Next month starts school, football, hunting seasons, hopefully cooler weather!
And next month is also the month I start to notice homes in town decorate for Halloween, little by little. Mine will go up the last week in September.
Its been a long year for me but the mood is finally hitting me. And it's hard to believe we are already this close to my favorite time of year. I think I'll have a pumpkin spice coffee, light a pumpkin pie candle and watch some old Halloween or horror films tonight. It's August, so it seems more OK now.

Yeah!! I agree, I am so ready for fall! In 3 weeks we have our Little Hills Festival and that's when I know it's Fall for me, It's all fall decor and crafts and food, I can't wait!!

We are suppose to be in the 70's by Friday and the low 80's for the next two weeks, the night even in the 50's!!

Cooler? Harumph!! September is our hottest month. But I
have spotted my first Spirit store in town so all is good.

Aww, we don't have one YET!! 
They do have some Halloween stuff at a At Home Store and it is too cute, I bought a skelly frog and a skull candle that bleeds!

Was in the 50s here last night and cool this morning. Football was on last night and hocus pocus was on cable. Sure felt like October.
