He's dressed in a gentleman's suit. Grey? Maybe it was... Maybe it was black, trimmed slightly in silver, it could've been. Now he's dressed in chalk white, same as his face, same as he is in a whole.
His name is Mayor Willowsburne. He is our mayor. although gloomy in appearance, his ghastly glow doesn't reflect his personality. He smiles more than anyone in our town. He laughs at every chance he gets. It seems that in death he found some sort of bliss, some sort of relief and happiness.
His haunts his mansion built above the rolling hills of the graveyard. It sits, still, awkward, gloomingly waiting on someone to join the party that had be planned for years but has yet to see a guest.
This is how i picture the mayor of our town

Re: If we (Halloween.com) could create our OWN perfect town...
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

How about a park, or a recreational area with a swimming pool and some picnic areas and the like. It can be of a Halloween theme, like the pool can be made up to look like a swamp.

Good question I'll leave the naming convention to others, but the park should at least have a large pumpkin patch in it, and some spooky or creepy looking swings and a haunted playhouse.
