Yes it is. While this site doesn't mention it, they have also expanded to Texas and I believe Colorado. They also do a haunted hayride in Cali in October. The Friday the 13th showing in the park next Friday is new for this year.

That horror camp out looks like fun. They need to expand a little more East and put one in Virginia and in New York. I'm sure me and my boyfriend would like to go, and I know my cousin would probably enjoy the experience considering he's a Jason Voorhe's fan.
