Thanks everyone, and yes I sure will rest easier once his surgery is done and know that he is on his way to being a 100% healthy. It's really taking a heavy toll on me both physically, mentally and emotionally.

I just want my baby better :D

OK, so I have everything I need to make the custom Blanket for Draven's carrier as I want to have smoething ultra comfy for him to be on in hosptial and for coming home on, however just in case my friend doesn't have time to have it done I went to Wal-Mart and went to the Baby Department, yes the baby department and picked him out something really cozy. I needed it to have really short fibers as I don't want anything getting into his stitches so I spent quite a bit of time picking something out. And you know what I really discovered in looking through all the choices, I need to design a line of Gothic Baby stuff, man who picks the colours, not a single Garnet, Black, Toupe, and of course not a single throw with bats or skulls or TNBC, but well I went for cozy "and no Pastel Pinks or Baby Blues, so this one if like a pale Yellow with Winnie on it, wish it was Jack but oh well. Anyways, brought it home and put it on the bed and Draven just loved it and claimed it right away, so mom is really happy that she found something he will be cozy on :D

we also have bats we are on their flight path at dusk, and as much as i like them i rrun if im caught out there when he swoops.
i hope you all had a good halloween, our party was a success, many ideas from you guys, and reading the forums daily was very helpful.

Dutchess, your sweet Draven is so adorable. I think it was very wise to get him a blankie and let him snuggle with it at home where he's happy and comfortable. That way, he won't be so scared in hospital.

I do hope everything turns out well with Draven. The second I saw him I absolutely fell in love with him and I think about him all the time! Please keep us posted.

I love everyone's pictures but it makes me really sad for missing my kitty.

The lady downstairs has two strays that she feeds. They are both really pretty and one of them has overcome his shyness and he's really taken to OEJ. It's good for OEJ because I know he misses our kitty too. It's nice to have kitty love around, even for just a little bit.

Thank-You so much Succub'Oz it really means a lot to me. :D I still have much to do and I'm so stressed that this all has to wait until hubby gets home cause of my freakin issues with driving on the highway, man how I hate myself sometimes, plus I like to have hubby at major consults I go to because of my brain and all its issues, it goes on overload very easily and quickly so its good to have him there to catch everything the surgeon says because my brain likes to take mini holidays just when I need it to stay put so to speak  I'm so stressed about waiting though cause I just hate knowing that thing is in there doing whatever and its always good to get these things dealt with as soon as you can, but I'm still working on the money aspect to. But I will be soooooooooo happy to have it done and have him better, he's such a trooper.
If you believe in the power of prayer, I would be so greatful for prayers to be sent for Draven to come through all of this with flying colours and for him to be 100% well afterwards and for him to recover easily and quickly with no complications :D :D ^i^ ^i^ Thank-You

I've been praying for the little guy the whole time. I know what it's like to have a sick 'lil critter. I know how heartbreaking and draining it is. Luckily, you have better options than I had. I so love your Draven. I want to pet him and hug him and squeeze him and love him, but not call him George.

Re: the highway issues.......I've never driven on a highway, never gonna drive a highway, I just can't deal with all the crazies. I understand about you wanting your other half around too. When I'm in situations like that usually by the time I give it the attention it deserves I'm a wreck and can't focus so I make OEJ be with me wherever because I know I won't be able to remember half of what is said to me.

Ok it's offical, I gave the go ahead for my vets to book Draven with the specialist I want him to go to, so now I just have to wait to get the call from the specialist hosptail since they book their own consult appointments with you & the specialist, so he's going to be going to the best facility in all of Canada. Here's the website of where my baby will be going for his surgery.

DOD, that's great news. I'm so happy to hear something postive.
Because once you cross that bridge, my friend, the ghost is through, his power ends.
