Miss Dracula, can't say I've ever done that, but I do remember when I was a kids, my brother and I took out all the halloween decorations in July or August and used them to create a Haunted House in our basement in which we were suppose to charge other kids to attend. It didn't work out that way, no customers willing to pay. Also, I remember my grandmother and mother were furious when they found out we covered the funiture in sheets and sprinkled baby powder all over them to give the illusion of dust. WHAT A DISASTER! and what a long time it took us to clean up.
But anyway, I like your idea, it's kinda like a little pre-holiday exercise, you can prepare, test out scenarios ( what decoration you like and dislike) and come to conclusions on what you will need, for when Halloween actually get here. I think I might try that. Good going!

Because once you cross that bridge, my friend, the ghost is through, his power ends.
