Our Super Mario blast from the past Halloween display from 2018. Everything was handmade.
Here's the video which really sets the scene with iconic game music. https://youtu.be/II_jRmI1_cI

That looks great, if you're a old school NES fan it really brings you back. It must have taken awhile to build the full sized system, what did you do with it after?

Re: Super Mario Bros. Halloween Display
Thank you. Yeah, it seemed all the little ones got a kick out of the characters and the adults who grew up on the original NES loved the system. There were several people who said they wished they could/wanted to go home and play. I don't recall how much time we spent on the system. We started building things about 2 months before Halloween, but crunched most of it out the last 2 weeks. Sadly, it all went to the recycle yard afterwards.TheHeadlessHorseman wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 6:49 am That looks great, if you're a old school NES fan it really brings you back.
