I'm a funny person -- I go all-out decorating, but when it comes to carving pumpkins, I have a lazy streak and hate the mess. Boo on me, since that's a classic element of Halloween. Okay, maybe just carving one pumpkin is something I'm fine with, but to carve eight of them I just won't do. So instead, I used puffy black fabric paint that comes in squeeze bottles with the really narrow tip and drew faces. Then the next day when it was completely dry, I took yellow glow-in-the-dark fabric paint and filled in the inside of the features I drew in black the day before. It gives the effect of lit carved pumpkins and looks cool!

they did turn out well and my mom adored them good quick investment
