I always did like those crashed Witch decorations.

Unfortunately my budget's been cut way back due to lack of hours (and sleep haha) and I really want to save up to move out. My gas budget isn't very good either, it's costing me quite a bit just to drive to school.
So while I've gotten a few things for Halloween this year, I'm gonna have to hold off so I can at least make sure I've got my costume accessories and candy for the trick or treaters.
I do have a cake mix/frosting and some cookies I plan on making for the big day though.
Hopefully that pumpkin in my garden turns out so I won't have to buy one this year. I've gotten some Jack be littles from my mom though, and I got some small pumpkins from the Harvest festival they had this weekend.
So many tempting things to buy, if I wanted to be broke...
This probably seems crazy, crazy, a graveyard theory,
A ghost tried to approach me and got leery.
Ask him a question and he vanished in a second...

I sometimes think that California may be just a tad too 'PC'.

You would never find a severed head in a Rite-Aid here (unless it was in the beer cooler aisle), you have to wait for a Spirit or other seasonal store for that stuff. :?

That's a nice head for Rite Aid.

I'm pretty disappointed with the local Spirit this year. Everything looks cheaply made, and is way overpriced. Target has a nice set-up this time, but our Walmart really sucks again just like last year. :?

They're leaving me little option. I may have to open my own Halloween store. :x

And realistic severed heads, gravestones, bones, animatronics, gory high quality masks, you have your best costumer.

None of the stores around here have Halloween stuff yet! I can't stand it!
We have a Spirit store, but they are still settin up and getting stuff out. That's it!
Not Wal Mart. Not Target. Not the $$ stores in town.

What are they waiting on??? October???

There are people all over the country making their own custom masks and props, and some of them look like Hollywood quality. That's what I'd stock... None of the mass-produced, made in China stuff. I'd also hire some in-house custom foam tombstone carvers to do special orders. And skulls by the 'barrow-full!!

I wonder why not? Murfreesboro stores have plenty of stuff out.

Mac, are you sure you don't want to start a Halloween store for real?

He could rent space next to the boutique where he buys those adorable chihuahua sweaters. 8)
