Halloween Discussion Forums, Costumes, Horror!

So, did anyone see it already? Well, I didn't feel like to go see it because I love to save some money for seeing a few good horror movies when they come out in theaters.

Anyways, some people were talking about this movie... some say it was so awesome! Some say it was okay, not bad... some say they didn't like it. I didn't know that there was a sexy mermaid in it! I'll check it when it comes to DVD around September.

I'm just tired of seeing Johnny Depp act like that, it's played out. I liked him most in Edward Scissorhands.

If I had more money for movies, I'd have gone this weekend. I'd still like to see it in the theaters.

I have loved the Pirates franchise, although I think the first one was far & away the best. I'm sure I'd enjoy this movie, even if the concept is beginning to be played out. I think Depp should have won the Oscar for the first one.

I like Johnny Depp in general, but I sometimes wish he would spend less time working with his buddy Tim Burton. They bring out the weird & eccentric in each other. Sometimes I think it is too much already.

Other than Pirates, I think maybe my favorite Depp movie is From Hell. I don't actually think the Doctor did it (w/re/to Jack the Ripper), but I love Depp's performance in that movie.
