I saw the first LOTR movie, it was okay, a little too long for me tho, my butt was soar from sitting so long, I have not seen any of the other movies....Are these new movies going to be similar to the same style?
I really liked the old cartoon but just couldnt get into the movies much, but the walking trees were cool....

I couldn't even make it all the way through the first one. Far as I'm concerned, Peter Jackson is a one-hit-wonder, and that one hit is Dead Alive (or Braindead, depending on which country you're in):

Well, I guess I'm the odd man out!! I loved the Lord of the Rings & the Hobbit, I read both series & own lord of the Rings!! He will be missed!!! :(

on thanksgiving weekend, my fiancee and i watch the lord of the rings trilogy or harry potter saga 8) it's become a tradition :D we stay in new york for the holiday :arrow: we visit macy's balloon staging ground on the wednesday nite :arrow: cook a big meal and watch the parade on turkey day :arrow: then hunker down with our movies and enjoy a nice, quiet weekend alone with our favorite fantasy friends :wink:
