how do you sleep?

do any of you take a sleeping supplement, if so, what do you take and how well do they work?
I seem to be in a sleep for 2hrs wake up for 3hrs, sleep for 2, wake up, sleep, wake up all night long.........Last time this happened my Dr gave me Ambian CR, great stuff but right now I dont have medical insur so I thought I'd try something over the counter and was curious if any of you use anything....

I use over the counter sleep aids all the time!! The Walgreens brand, they work most of the time!! You need to try to cut back on naps during the day too, if you're taking them, that helps too!!! I hope this helps!!

I sleep pretty good actually...I'm so exhausted at the end of the day and I sleep like a rock...sometimes I have to get up to pee or one of the kids gets me up...otherwise Tornadoes don't wake me or lightning and thunder either...
I sleep right through em...

Same here, all they are are the stuff in NyQuil that makes you sleep, not a narcotic. 2 of those babies and I'm good to go.

I sleep great, unless it gets too warm. Anything over 68° and I start to have problems.
Have you tried a really powerful air conditioner, Spooky?

ha ha...well, I have the AC on about 70-71 degrees and a cieling fan over the bed....the heat isnt the issue tho, I just wake up for no reason....I might have to try those walgreens sleeping pills and see if they help but I have taken those Tylenol PMs and they do NOTHING for me......those Ambian CRs are great tho, but like I said, I dont have insurance right now...

I sleep pretty good but it can't be hot, then I can't sleep either. I used to take Ambien took those for a couple of months because I was having problems but now I don't need anything at all. I'm a light sleeper though I always have been. When I wake up with drool on my cheek, I guess I slept pretty good.

I can't sleep when it is hot either...need a fan or air conditioning or winter hee hee LOL.
I sleep like a log though...someone will have to wake me up if something is going on

I don't use any sleeping aids, but when I get a cold, I do take Niquil before I go to bed, and no matter the caplets of the liquid, that Niquil will put my lights out for the night.

Storms rolled through last night but I never woke up...I slept good. Sore today from the workout yesterday but it's a good sore...need a good massage Mami!!!

I had to go back on Ambien because I just can't sleep, too much energy I guess. Maybe it doesn't help that I drink Red Bulls all day and drink myself into oblivion at night, still can't pass out unless i take an Ambien. It has been so crazy lately!
