Hi Folks:

I love to ride motorcycles, and I own a 1997 Honda Valkyrie which I bought brand new, and put over 74,000 miles on it since I bought it. I've been down the entire length of Interstate 80 and the entire length of old Route 66 on a motorcycle at some point. I've been to Florida, California, Colorado and New York City by motorcycle, On Halloween night after trick or treat is over, I enjoy taking my bikd for a cruise to Pontiac Illinois, where you see some pretty extravigant Halloween decorations.

How many of you like to cruise around on a motorcycle or motorbike on Halloween night?

Mike

We just bought my husband his first motorcycle-- a 2003 Susuki Savage. That was a little over a month ago. I'm not into motorbikes myself...

Long time ago, when I was kid I thought I wanted to be a bike rider! Well, I'm all grown up and I am not bike rider at all! ;)

Some of my friends used to ride Harley Davidson! Well, right now, they're not riding their motorcycles anymore! They felt old and they sold their bikes! :? They all are riding brand new car, and a jeep! :D

You're never too old to ride a motorcycle IMHO. My older brother is inhis late 50s, and he still rides. He has a Harley Davidson. A Heritage Softail.

All of us start out wanting to be a motorcyclist. The first step is to learn how to drive the machine and safety. They have many good corses that you can take through out your state.

Then after you get your license, it's tie to shop for a bike.

Ok, I'm here to ask and curious... Have you ever met some motorcycle gangs before? Some were called Hell's Angels, Night Hawks, Hells on Wheels, etc.

I've heard of motor cycle ministries. XD;

Anyway it's a nice dream guys, but I'll have to wait until I'm more financially secure before seeking out an M license and a bike.

Definately want a Harley or one of those custom choppers. This feline won't settle for less than the best.

Will probably get a custom mau-style "wild-cat" bike if I got a custom one made. X3 That'd be sweet.

I did met up with a few of the Chicago Outlaw Bikers once, but they pretty much kept to themselvs and I didn't go over and introduce myself. I don't belong to any clubs and I usualy ride alone when I ride my motorcycle. It's not that I'm anti social or anything like that, but I just like the solitute of being alone with my knees in the wind some times. Some times I do ride with my brother or my nephew, bur for the most part, I just like to ride.

Long time rider and proud owner of a Honda CBR1100XX and a Honda VTX1300C.

Actually, my wife and I rode off on my Blackbird from the reception when we got married.

Near my house, there is a club and the manager is a member of a motorcycle club (gang) called the "Rough Riders". For the most part, they keep to themselves and don't cause problems. They go for rides and host car washes -- things like that.

I've been riding since 1991. I present ride a Honda Valkyrie. I bought it brand new, and put over 75 thousand miles on it myself. I'm riding it up to Canada this Summer if I can scrap the money together.

As for motorcycle clubs, again, I prefer to ride alone. I don't drink, and I don't like having a "head-honcho" telling me where or how to ride.

I really hate the motorbike stories my husband tells me.

... the one I hate the most (because I want to beat the car driver to a pulp) is when he tells me about someone swooping into his lane without looking. If he can KNOCK on your window and you keep coming over, that's NOT a good sign. *curses drivers who aren't paying attention and who don't LOOK before changing lanes.*

I ride, not halloween night though, have my hands full that nite, plus trick o treaters don't make good speedbumps, I figure there's enough crazy people out driving. With my lightshow and the motorcycle club all over for the Halloween Poker tournement.
I'm not in a 1% club, nor wish to be. A veterans group called Brothers in Arms, we're do gooders, we worked a local haunted house a week up to halloween and raised 8k.

I'll try and find a picture from last season, but I had some mini, battery-powered orange string lights and decorated my motorcycle last October. It was a lot of fun, and the orange lights looked great against the chrome.

I would pic up my oldest daughter from school and ride home. Think it made a bit of an impression on her friends! Hey, what's a dad to do?

This year, I hope to do it again, but I want to try and incorporate a pumpkin either on the back rack or maybe above the headlight.
