Halloween Company Rip-offs!

Does anyone have problem with any halloween companies before? Have you been ripped off by them?
For me, I have never had any problems with any halloween companies or industries - but I heard some people do have problems with them before... Some of them selling wrong items, B.S. price rates, etc. Some of the props that ARE NOT really life-like forms!
