I didnt hear the actual call but that sounds more probable because theres no way Rush, Beck, O'reilly, or any other pundits that have criticized Obama would run from the US like the sissy liberals that ran off when Bush was in office.

They never backed up those statements though. And I provided the show transcripts for the whole situation. Those are word for word. Take it from someone that listens faithfully.

Know what made me happy today?...not getting sucked into a political discussion on the 'What made you happy today' thread.

Not really. As it turns out, I actually don't take anything Rush Limbaugh says seriously.

Where you been hiding, Boogeyman?? We've missed you, mate! You gotta post more often, or else I'm gonna have to start mis-quoting Sean Hannity!

That is exactly how I feel about Obama and the democrats. Not one of them tells the truth. Yet, Rush has been proven right time and time again. Then again, you would not know that if you trust the reports on what Rush says instead of actually going to the source. Stay as "informed" as you are though....

Yea sorry, I did it wrong.

That why not a single republican voted for the bill, yet have valid solutions they had offered but the democrats won't even consider them.

Don't misunderstand me. I have problems with the republicans including George W. Bush. Ah, I better stop now before I get in trouble.

I have been paying attention to things that are far more important to life. No offense to the members here. And as you see, I have a tendency to get worked up over things I care about and people that are important to me. Misquoting is deplorable enough. Throwing baseless accusations. like have been made about Hannity (by someone not connected to this board) is far worse.

Nothing wrong with getting worked up over things you care about. If people weren't passionate about issues, all sorts of great things would never have been achieved (the American Revolution, the Emancipation Proclamation, the election of Barack Obama  ).

And I wouldn't worry too much about Limbaugh and Hannity. They're big boys. Very big boys. They can handle anything that's thrown at them! Attacks and insults just roll right off their backs, like water off a whale, and I'm sure none of it keeps either of them awake at night when they stretch out on the big piles of money they both undoubtedly sleep on. Always remember; "The arc of the universe is long, but it bends towards justice."

Hope to see more of you, when you find the time! :)

Anyone figure out how we are going to pay for all this healthcare Obama just rammed down our throats?

I'll wait...........

*Crickets chirping*

I have no problem with a Black president...but I do have a problem with one that comes from THE most corrupt political system in the world...Chicago. What has he done? As a senator...not much. What has he done as president to get the nobel peace prize? Nothing...what did he give the queen of England as a gift? A fricken iPod...she should have gotten him a new teleprompter...Maybe he can sell his Nobel Peace Prize to Iran or Afghanistan...ohhh wait.

get ready to pay higher taxes on EVERYTHING from food to gas to tuition's, and anything else that isnt privately sold.

I saw the Repbs are taking this to the Supreme Court based on the health care law is unconstitutional as it demands the public pay for something it may not want and will enforce it through taxation if you dont comply, on the flip side, the Supreme Court might find that it is constitutional based on that it will be a tax levied on us and the Government has the right to tax the citizens.......Obama will enforce this through the IRS.......nice.
