My new spandexy skeleton costume made me happy. I will never wear it out of the house, but after my daughter goes to bed (I don't want to scar her for life, you know?) I'll wear it around the house and pretend I'm a reanimated bone structure. Probably of some great historical figure, like Joan of Arc, or Napoleon. Something French.

The fact that I got most of my Halloween stuff inside yesterday evening, before the deluge of rain today. It would have taken me a month to dry everything out.

I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason should ever be forgot, but I still forgot today was November fifth for some stupid reason I don't know of!!!!
