Green Bay Packers has won, and Steelers lost! I thought Steelers were great players, but that's all right... :? I do remember Packers did win Super Bowl twice (one this year, and other one back in 1997). Correct me if I'm wrong?

If the truth really be known, I don't really get into Football at all. My brothers are avid Bears Fans, though, and they were crying in their beer when the Bears were defeated by the Packers. The Bears and Packers are arch rivals, so it was a serious blow to all Bears fans when they were beaten out by Green Bay for a chance to play in the Super Bowl.

My grandpa told me the first Super Bowl was in 1966, and he didn't really remember the name of teams.... do you remember, Mike?

I couldn't tell you who won any Super Bowl or World Series for that matter. I make a pretense at being a sports fan when my friends & relatives who are into sports are around, but personaly I couldn't care less about who's winning what ball game. It's just a game to me, and a boring one at that. No offense intended to any sports fans on the forum.

I claim Chicago as my "home town," as that's where I grew up. For that reason, I will "claim" the Bears, Bulls, and White Sox as my teams, but the reality is, I seldomly watch any ball games on tv, unless some one who is interested in it is over to my house for a visit. I would much rather listen to good music, watch a "Dark Shadows" video or a horror movie or read a good book any time over a ball game.
