It's as simple as it sounds.

Someone says something and the poster below them posts a picture of their reaction to the previous poster's statement. Or you could mix it up and post a reaction picture to a reaction picture.

Example:

My statement is.... Women are horrible drivers.

*psst, Witchy; you forgot to make a statement for the next person to use*

Witchy, do you agree or disagree that women are horrible drivers? I didn't mean post a picture related to the startment, just your reaction to it. If you disagreed with my statement, you could probably post a picture of a very upset woman.
Then afterwards post a statement for other people to work off of.

I don't mean post a picture related to the topic, I mean post a picture of your reaction to it. It doesn't have to be a picture of your actual face, I mean a funny picture of someone else's face you find on the internet that shows how you feel about the previous statement or picture.

For example, someone posts a rather lovely picture of Emmy Rossum.
