Witch's Rules

On the first night at the haunted house, the witch addressed to all boys and girls, pointing out some of the rules.
"The females room will be out-of-bounds for all males, and the males to the females room. Anybody caught breaking the rule will be fined $20 the first time."
She continued, "Anybody caught breaking the rule the second time will be fined $60. And, being caught a third time will turn you into mices. Are there any questions?"
A male voice from within the crowd in the haunted living room was heard asking, "How much for a season pass?!"
