Ive been wondering if ghosts react at all to fire, and if a ghost can be harmed by fire.

Don't know. Next time I see one I'll try to burn him..... Or maybe I'll just ask. I don't need any ghosts mad at me.

Nah, all ghosts will not be harmed by fire or anything like that because they're all invisibility, their souls won't burn forever!

I would say it all depends on how they passed.
If they passed in a fire, then fire would most likely effect them...

If the ghosts are the undead thing, then they will never get killed in any way you can think of... They always walk on Earth forever... Who knows?

Many middle eastern people believe that ghosts are scared of fire. I had a friend who stated that she thought her house was haunted, when she prayed she would place a lit candle in front of her. She said at one point the candle was flickering really fast like someone was trying to blow it out, she and her mother both saw it, now windows were open and no fans were running. That was spooky.

I don't think ghosts would do harm anybody... I believe ghosts always come out during the night when everybody is sleeping, even when the light is poor. Ghosts have to avoid the daylight to keep away from sun, I think. I believe ghosts have to stay away from the fire, mirror reflection, etc. If there is daylight, I believe the ghosts have to stay indoors such as dark room, basement, and many dark places where they can stay until the sun goes down! I don't really study about ghosts myself that much, but I wish I would know more about ghosts.

Ghosts are not part of our world. You can not touch them and they can not touch you. Nothing can touch them and they can not touch anything.

Ghosts can't touch anything?? Well, I think they can do that because some people say they never move the chair, they didn't place their book on bed, they never put up their clothes in the drawer, you know? They say they suspected the ghosts do that! In other words, not only ghosts do that because it could be one of their family members do all the stuff like that to make someone believes in ghosts!

Well maybe God lets them be part of our world for a few minutes, I'm not sure.

Some cultures believe that 4 times a year, on the night that the seasons change, the spirits of the departed can cross-over and roam about the earth.
That is part of the Halloween tradition as well, among other things.

I do not really understand how all this spirit stuff works. None of us understand everything. If ghosts are not a part of our world how can they movie things? I think it seems kind of silly what I said now.

I do not think I will ever understand how ghosts and the spirit world works until I die and join them. Same for everyone else.
