Horror Movie Night help!

I recently got together with a friend to watch horror movies because no one else seemed interested. Turns out more are interested or they want to get together with a bunch of other girls screaming in the dark :)

Anyways, I have been chosen to pick one of the movies for our next get together and nothing fantastic is coming to mind. I am looking for something super scary or with a lot of suspenseful moments. No exorcist movies and no hill-billy movies. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Here are a few suggestions that I can come up with off the top of my head:

"Don't Answer the Phone"
"The Haunting" the original
"The Blair Witch Project"
"Halloween" original
"Halloween" remake
"When Strangers Call"
"Friday the 13th"
"Parasite"
"30 Days of Night"
"Asylum"
"Night of the Living Dead" original
"Dawn of the Dead" original
"Race With the Devil"
"Flowers in the Attic"

Sounds like a lot of fun, here's a few ideas:

1. Jeepers Creepers
2. Pulse
3. 13 Ghosts
4. Hatchet 1 or 2
5. Rose Red

I know that's a wide variety of horror flix, but they definitely are creepy and suspenseful!

Thanks guys! I would love to get a movie I have not seen or one I haven't seen in a while. I would say vampire movies are out too because I enjoy them too much and they don't get me like '13 Ghosts' or 'The Others' did :)

The Descent was a decent flick. If you don't like dark, tight spaces then it will definitely make you feel uneasy.
Maybe also The Tunnel. It's an Australian film that you can download free from bittorrent. It has to do with an underground sub station under Sydney. It kinda freaked me out, to be honest.

Ok, do try the following of those movies shown below:

Silver Bullet
The Howling
From Dusk Till Dawn
Fright Night
House (1986)
Satan's Little Helper (not really scary, but some blood and gory)
The Howling 2
Night of the Living Dead 3D
Evil Dead
Night of the Sorcerers

The Howling! Hells yes!
(Not the sequel. Or any Howling sequel. They're all horrible, unless you wanna see boobs.)

Quarantine. It had me scared for a while! I just watched Trick'r Treat last night, and while it isn't necessarily scary, it's got the right balance of campy and gore. I really liked it!

I watched that but all I could think of while it was on was "there's Judith, where's Alan?"

Spooky - I don't like exorcism movies because they are too real for me. I do feel that some things open you up to other things and those things can be bad. I don't want to eff around with stuff like that.

ihaunt and Castle - I just love vampire movies too much to ever consider them scary movies. And I have already seen "Evil Dead" and ''The Howling"
