I heard rumors saying this Hellraiser "remake" is coming on January 2009 - but they are not certain the exactly date... So, here's the information:

Hellraiser remake film, the director Pascal Laugier and the writer Clive Barker are still working on it and kinda doubt it will not release on January 9, 2009 because they stated that Fangoria magazine must be submitted incorrect information about the release date.
