Re: Has anyone seen any good movies lately?
I didn't care too much for Sherlock Holmes, although I really like both Robert and Jude Law.
I got bored.

I saw The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus this evening. I'm not sure if I liked it or not. I think I did. It was an interesting movie, to say the least. A bit trippy, but....yeah, overall I think I liked it.

Yeah I saw Iron Man 2 in theaters the other day. It was very good I don't know why it gets so many bad reviews but I liked it. But, kind of a bonus to seeing that, Before the movie started there was this trailer for a movie called Super 8 from the makers of Cloverfield(I love Cloverfield). There was this train that had crashed and you see something trying to get out of it, slowly denting the wall and you hear strange noises. Really freaky, I can't wait to see it.

I never saw Cloverfield. I read a review that said it was done in the Blair Witch shaky camera style, and I was afraid it would give me a seizure. What's it about?

I can't stand spasm-cam movies. A little is okay but c'mon, it gets old fast.

Believe it or not, I've never seen Evil Dead II. I DVRed it off of IFC, but I haven't gotten around to watching it yet. As a well established classic of the genre, I'm embarrassed that I've never seen it before.

my girlfriend and i saw eclipse this evening i tolerate these twilight movies because i enjoy vampire and werewolf lore this movie definitely added to that fight scenes were decent but the high school angst was nearly unbearable vampire doctor cullen is, by far, the most human character in the films
