Josh Lucas to Topline Tell-Tale

Josh Lucas has signed to topline Tell-Tale, Scott Free Productions' psychological thriller being directed by Michael Cuesta, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Inspired by the classic Edgar Allan Poe story "The Tell-Tale Heart," the contemporized adaptation sees Lucas starring as a single father whose recently transplanted heart leads him on a frantic search to find the donor's killer before a similar fate befalls him.

Producing are Scott Free's Ridley Scott, Tony Scott and Michael Costigan as well as Social Capital Films' Martin Shore and Christopher Tuffin.

Executive producing are Gordon Steel and John Baca of the Steel Co. along with Dave Callaham, Matthew Chausse and Scott Free's Malcolm Reeve and Michael Ellenberg.

He's the hero from Poseidon (2006) . He's one of those guys that you know him if you see him.
