We use to have Green Ghost and I wish I still had it. It didn't really glow in the dark all that well, and you couldn't even play it in the dark because you couldn't see the board that well. It was better played in dim lighting.

We also use to have a Dracula board game. The game came with a cut-out mask. Old copies of the game can still be found but the masks are often missing.

The most valuable one is Disney's Haunted House. I've always wanted a copy of it and really wish I had one. They're trading for about $300 (in best condition) if you can find one.

Always loved Revenge of Dracula and Escape from Frankenstein. We used to combine them into one board. Drac first, and he'd follow the winner through the Frankie board with Frankenstein.
