Are you ready for XMAS? Maybe, I guess so.... Really, I do dislike Christmas, but all Halloween year round!

Well I don't know what you mean by "ready," but my tree is up. I'm actualy a week early. I usualy have my Tree Trimming Party on the 2nd Saturday of December, but because of people's work schedules, kids pagents and the like, the only Saturday that was opened was yesterday. And Sundays in December are totaly out of the question. Photo shoots, and double time pay.

I got the lights up on the driveway gate today and went to 2 local craft fairs, all in between cloud bursts.

Last week I put up the tree with lights in the house, also beautiful white snow lights on the porch and a wreath on the front door. That's all I do for now.

I usualy don't put up outside lights. I may do it some year, but I don't like to have decorations up too far after Jan 1st, and some times if there's a major snw storm, the outside lights get burried in snow and then frozen to the varius railins or tree or what ever,and then you have to wait until warmer weather to take them down.
Like I said, I may put up a string of lights outside some day, but I pretty much prefer to concentrate in the interior.

I put my inside lights up, but i still have to do the tree.
I'll start on that tonight. Pop some popcorn, open a Skullsplitter, and enjoy.

Mike, same thing to me... I only put up a tree with lights in the living room, but only white snow lights outside on front porch, I really don't have much time to decorate for XMAS.

I like to sing along, replacing the lyrics with curse words. At first, fellow shoppers smile because they think I'm just in the spirit of the season. Then, they look at me like I just gifted them a poo scented Yankee candle. Then I smile at them and wish them a "Merry F*cking Crimbo". That plus rum-laced egg nog make December bearable.

Just kidding! Also, be extreme carefully out there because there are some evil Santa impersonators everywhere near you!
