Re: Catching up

I found this gif, it's basically this move but with speed and force behind it.

Re: Catching up

I've been training with Phoebe in the evenings, and I tell you, she hits HARD for a little 8 year old kid. You wouldn't think that somebody that small with skinny arms and legs would have that much impact behind her hits but she does.

She's also developed a new move with her instructors that she ...

Re: Catching up

Allow me to clarify, when I say a full beard that includes the area above the mouth. When I said that I don't like moustaches, I was referring specifically to the guys that only grow a moustache and don't have any other facial hair, like Burt Reynolds. That look has always annoyed me.

Starting next ...

Re: Catching up

but when they get called off that close to the ceremony, you figure something dramatic must have happened.

That's probably true, it's usually the bride finding out that the guy cheated on her, but don't know and don't care ... free cake for everybody!

Regarding beards, I could grow a full beard ...

Well, that's certainly some interesting information, but as they say ... that's a story for another day.

Re: Catching up

On a completely unrelated note, I usually grow my beard during the winter months, and since it's starting to get warmer here I just shaved it. My beard is grey, while the rest of my hair is still mostly black, and Sam was quick to say that the beard makes me look old, and she prefers me without it ...

Re: Catching up

It's interesting that we are having this conversation and this episode of The Simpsons just came on.

Re: Little Halloween today!

I haven't had any issues or seen that message here in a few days. I've mostly had issues occur when I'm here at night, but occasionally they happen during the day as well. That screenshot was from last month, every time there's a new error message that I haven't seen before I get a screenshot just ...

Re: Little Halloween today!

That might explain this message that's been showing up for a couple of months. Sometimes I just refresh the page and it comes back right away, sometimes it takes a few minutes, and sometimes it's over a hour. Screenshots below.

Re: Where were you?

Murf - That's still some very interesting information. Also, I don't think that you have to worry about writing that stuff here because there's only 2 other people on the face of this planet that will ever read it.

I guess that's one of the best things about this forum, it's our own little corner ...

I hope that you feel better soon Murf. :)

Re: Little Halloween today!

Here are a few of the pictures that the crew have shot. They are just beautiful, and when I look at them I feel the same wonder that I did when I was a kid.

This one is titled "Earthset".

Re: Where were you?

I recall you mentioning that relative before, but you hadn't gone into detail about it. I'm curious, as you seem to know more about the circumstances surrounding the aftermath of the assassination, well, certainly more than I do, are you aware of anybody else that was close to JFK that died suddenly ...

Re: Catching up

My wife is only part Greek on her mother's side of the family, and they have been here for a few generations, so from a religious standpoint they have been Americanized for awhile. I know that both her parents were brought up Episcopalian in this area, though I'm uncertain of her grandparents or any ...
